Join Judy Keating an Alchemical High Priestess since 2003 and an on-line and in person facilitator since 2015 in an on-line training unlike any done before.

In this training you will learn skills to share the Priest~ess Process in a 9-month format in BOTH in-person and on-line formats.  This training is designed for you to bring your unique Mystery school (area of deep study) into the process. *

You will learn by DOING…you will practice facilitation within the course in a safe and sacred space.  You will be given assignments directly related to the material and asked to create experiences of doing facilitation with your cohort.

The course will have 6 modules over 7 weeks each module lasting 4 hours- this will include breakouts where you will work on your segment, bio/food breaks, art assignments, and practice facilitation in most modules.

Week 1

We will create a sacred space together for curiosity, learning, exploration, practice and questions.

You will be given the Priest~ess Process™ Manual We will review the REQUIRED pillars of the process and most importantly how to focalize the energy so your participants can trust their own process; no one is broken -no one needs to be fixed.

Week 2

We will practice creating sacred space, and learn (then practice) guiding others through an experience of a segment.  You will learn an invaluable set of guidance tools that you can use to facilitate anything going forward.

Week 3

We will practice segments of a “mock” initiation day. Learn how to spot when are participants are triggered, and how to give them tools in the moment to get curious about their experience and most importantly trust their process. We will also learn about how to handle when we as a facilitator are triggered while leading a circle. Being a “guide from the side” as opposed to the leader that has to know everything. The magic of inviting the circle to teach is other through shared experience without feedback, or “piggy backing“

During one week break you will be given homework to come into work 4 with a 35–45-minute experience of prepping for 4 other pillars in process and including something you love to share as a facilitator

Week 4

Check in and play!  We will share the presentation segments and practice CELEBRATION! Will address questions and add what feels needed based on group feedback

Week 5

We will practice talking about Priestess, create a 45-minute experiential marketing presentation.  What to include, how to invite, asking for people to sign up.  Follow up Being featured on the Magdalenemysteries.com website.  Payment methods, sales pages, music.

Week 6

Putting it all together.  We will learn about creating agendas for your circle.

• What to do if things are not going as “planned”
• Creating the 9 month container so emergence is natural
• How to present on line and some basic guidance on creating slides so it is EASY to facilitate on line (if you choose) this is in now way required, just a bonus!
• Guidance on what you will need to have a circle on line*
• Time to determine what else is needed for you to feel complete for now

*You can consult with me after the class if you need to create an on-line program. 

This Facilitator certification requires: 

• You are an emerged High Priestess in the lineage of Nicole Christine
• You can attend LIVE all sections of the training
• You commit to a 3-part payment plan of $250 over a 3-month period
• In order to be certified- you must demonstrate competence in learning the material, be emotionally mature, by receiving feedback, participating fully, complete all assignments and pay in full for the training
