What is Spiritual Companioning?

Each of us have had times when we would like to feel that we are truly heard by another person without judgment, and with only the most heartfelt understanding.  Sometimes, those that we love most carry so many feelings and opinions about your situation that, for whatever reason, you do not feel that you can speak freely about your own feelings or situation.

It is at those times, when you are feeling most vulnerable, that a spiritual companion can help you walk your path by listening, supporting, and providing a safe and confidential space where you are free to express ALL of your thoughts and feelings without judgment until you are clear on your next steps.

As a “Greaterness Coach” and Spiritual Companion, the road ahead seems clearer and filled with the abundance of everything you need to become all you wish to be.

Spiritual Companioning sessions can last from 30 to 90 minutes and can be recorded, if you choose. Prices are listed below, and you can use the buttons following to schedule your session (s)

Balancing Feminine and Masculine

Each of us holds two energies within:  our feminine (Venus) energy which is about receiving and about our inner world; and our masculine (Mars) energy which is about the outward action(s) we take in the world.  It is a divine dance, and each of these two forces need to be heard in order for the individual to have whole brain integration.
